Welcome to the Sequoia neighborhood at The Trails Village in Summerlin North. This non-gated neighborhood of single-family homes features HOA management, plus the outdoor lifestyle that The Trails Village and Summerlin offer.

Homes in the Sequoia neighborhood were built around 1995, which is typical for the 89134zip code. Construction on homes in 89134 started around 1990 and continued into the early 2000s.

Sequoia HOA dues

The nearly 15-acre Trails Park features three lighted baseball fields, a swimming pool with a bathhouse and diving board, a wading pool, a small kid play area, a meadow, a basketball court, and picnic tables.

Summerlin North was the first region of Summerlin, with construction starting in 1990 on The Hills Village.

Summerlin North encompasses all of Summerlin North of Charleston Boulevard and East of the 215 Beltway. The Pueblo Village sits furthest East, ending at Buffalo Drive. Sun City Summerlin marks the end of the territory to the North.

The region of Summerlin North has seven mixed-use villages that include single and multi-family residential, neighborhood shopping centers, office parks, and recreational parks.
