Savannah Available Lots
Taylor Morrison has only a few remaining lots available in Savannah. The green circles for lots 144, 145, and 147 are premium lots with strip views. The lot premium is $40,000.
The white lots without numbers are available with foundations being completed at no additional cost. Many lots have pre-determined models already designated due to Summerlin’s design standards of non-repeatable homes.
Savannah HOA Dues
A homeowners association is responsible for the management and upkeep of a neighborhood. With it comes a set of rules and regulations called CC&Rs which stands for covenants, conditions, and restrictions.
Summerlin features 300+ village and neighborhood parks spanning more than 200 miles. Many villages also include community centers and events available for all Summerlin residents. Because of this, each Summerlin region has master-planned HOA dues. For Summerlin West, the monthly HOA dues are $55.
It’s also common for subdivisions to have additional dues. Savannah has monthly HOA dues of $68.
When purchasing a home in an HOA community, you receive an HOA resale package that explains the rules, regulations, and information on the association. With Savannah having $123 in total monthly dues, it’s essential to know what the community professionally maintains.

Summerlin introduced four new districts Redpoint, Redpoint Square, Kestrel, and Kestrel Commons. These districts will offer the most diverse residential options in Summerlin, with several smaller and attached homes designed for first-time homebuyers, Millennials, and retirees.
Future parks of Redpoint and Redpoint Square districts include:
Explorer Park a 0.93-acre park with a playground and shaded seating areas. The estimated completion is the end of 2023.
Ridge Pine Park a 1.27-acre park with an adult exercise area, shaded seating, and a playground. (year-end 2022)
