With over 4,000 trees planted, and a focus on outdoor living, residents of the master-planned community of Providence have four wonderful parks to enjoy, like Big Skye Park, a 1.7-acre park at 8710 N Skye Park Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89166.

The community of Providence did a fantastic job creating unique spaces out of each park. At Big Skye Park, you can enjoy basketball, a large and small dog park, a grass play field, a covered playground, and a picnic gazebo.

The park is adjacent to the Smiths Shopping Center.

Big Skye Park is open 6:00am-9:00pm.

The rules of Big Skye Park

Although located within Providence, Big Skye Park is for the enjoyment of all Las Vegas residents.

Skye Canyon Master Association and Big Skye Park prohibit the following:

  • Fireworks, Glass Containers & Golfing
  • Overnight Parking & Camping
  • Climbing On Trees, Structures, Or Fences
  • Alcoholic Beverages, Except By Special Permit
  • Horses Or Horseback Riding
  • Trucks, Motor Vehicles & Bicycles On Turf Or Other Authorized Areas

Additional rules and regulations for Big Skye Park include:

  • Pets Must Be Leashed At All Times Unless in Dog Park
  • Pet Owners Must Clean Up After Their Pets
  • Fire Permitted in Park Barbeques Only
  • Persons That Intentionally Damage Or Vandalize Park Property Will Be Prosecuted
  • Designated Areas For Parties Or Special Events Require Reservations

Big Skye Park is the southernmost park within Providence. The park is on the corner of Eagle Canyon Ave and Mountain Landing.
