Village Center Circle is a circular road that connects Town Center to N. Hills Center Dr. At the center of the circle is the Summerlin Library and Performing Arts Center with a business, medical, and retail park surrounding it. When exiting the circle to the West, you’ve found yourself in The Trails.
Construction on The Trails commenced in 1993. The 573-acre village features single and multi-family communities, a large retail center with a U.S. Post Office, and two parks, The Trails Park and The Trails Paseo Park.
A 24-hour Fitness Super Sport sits at the Summerlin Parkway and Town Center entrance to The Trails.
About The Trails community parks
Like the other villages of Summerlin, The Trails has expansive parks with much to offer for everyone.
The 14.6-acre Trails park features three lighted baseball fields, a children鈥檚 play area, a meadow area, a basketball court, and picnic tables. The Trails Community Center offers a community swimming pool with a bathhouse, a diving board, and a wading pool within the park.
Following the park’s trail, you’ll enter The Trails Paseo park, a slender 14.8-acre park. The Paseo Park features walking trails, shaded seating, and a play area for children.

About Summerlin North
A section of the Summerlin master-planned community, Summerlin North is north of Charleston and includes most of Summerlin above Rampart and Sun City Summerlin.
Summerlin North is where it all began. The original villages of Summerlin started in The Hills, then ventured into The Pueblo and eventually The Trails. The first village beyond Summerlin Parkway was The Crossing and eventually Canyons
The Trails HOA Information
The Trails Village is part of the Summerlin North homeowners association. The award-winning master-planned community Summerlin is divided into three sections: Summerlin North, Summerlin South, and Summerlin West. Each division manages subdivisions within the community, setting its rules, regulations, and standards.
Most subdivisions of The Trails have their own sub-HOA, which carries its own fee and further CC&Rs.

Downtown Summerlin
Downtown Summerlin is a mixed-use development off the 215 Beltway and Sahara Blvd. Spanning 400 acres, the mall is home to large and local retailers, restaurants, offices, and apartments.
Downtown Summerlin is home to events like ice skating in the winter and farmer’s markets for locals.

Las Vegas Ballpark and City National Arena
opened in August 2017 as a practice facility for the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team. It includes a second rink for public use.
City National Arena has a merchandise store and a restaurant. The Vegas Golden Knights practices are open to the public.
The opened in 2019 with a capacity of 10,000. The ballpark is home to the Triple-A baseball team the Las Vegas Aviators.
The Las Vegas Ballpark includes 22 suites, club seats, part zones and decks, kid’ zone, bars, and a pool. The premium club is 6,700 square feet.
