The Paseos Village of Summerlin West is a 768-acre mixed-use residential community in Las Vegas, NV. Summerlin West is a division of the award-winning master-planned community of Summerlin.
Construction on the development commenced in 2003, adding additional single and multi-family neighborhoods to Summerlin West. Builders of homes in The Paseos include:

Like other villages of Summerlin, The Paseos offers two parks for the community.
- The Paseos Park is a 12.5-acre park with sand volleyball, basketball, a playground, a motorized toy area, picnic pavilions, open turf areas, and junior soccer and tee-ball fields.
- Fox Hill Park opened in December 2017 and introduced an adventure and climbing theme to Summerlin West Parks. Fox Hill Park offers disc golf, slides, zip lines, and a climbing playground. All with amazing views of the Las Vegas Valley and The Strip.
Fox Hill Park is adjacent to Billy and Rosemary Vassiliadis Elementary School.

About Summerlin West
Summerlin West sits West of the 215 beltway and North of Charleston. Its further point North ends at Cheyenne at the Reverence Village.
Today, Summerlin West is Summerlin鈥檚 most actively developed neighborhood, with homes under construction in Stonebridge, Redpoint, Redpoint Square, Kestrel, and Kestrel Commons.
Summerlin West has four primary villages, 12 neighborhood districts, and over 5,000 acres of remaining developable space.
The Paseos HOA Information
The Paseos Village is part of the Summerlin West homeowners association. The award-winning master-planned community Summerlin is divided into three sections: Summerlin North, Summerlin South, and Summerlin West. Each division manages subdivisions within the community, setting its rules, regulations, and standards.
Most subdivisions of The Paseos have their own sub-HOA, which carries its own fee and further CC&Rs.

Downtown Summerlin
Downtown Summerlin is a mixed-use development off the 215 Beltway and Sahara Blvd. Spanning 400 acres, the mall is home to large and local retailers, restaurants, offices, and apartments.
Downtown Summerlin is home to events like ice skating in the winter and farmer’s markets for locals.

Las Vegas Ballpark and City National Arena
opened in August 2017 as a practice facility for the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team. It includes a second rink for public use.
City National Arena has a merchandise store and a restaurant. The Vegas Golden Knights practices are open to the public.
The opened in 2019 with a capacity of 10,000. The ballpark is home to the Triple-A baseball team the Las Vegas Aviators.
The Las Vegas Ballpark includes 22 suites, club seats, part zones and decks, kid’ zone, bars, and a pool. The premium club is 6,700 square feet.
