About Summerlin North
A section of the Summerlin master-planned community, Summerlin North is north of Charleston and includes most of Summerlin above Rampart and Sun City Summerlin.
Summerlin North is where it all began. The original villages of Summerlin started in The Hills, then ventured into The Pueblo and eventually found The Trails. And yes, I’m sorry to keep going, but the trail crossed the Summerlin Parkway, and The Crossings Village was born.
