South Square HOA Information
South Square Village is part of the Summerlin South homeowners association. The award-winning master-planned community Summerlin is divided into three sections: Summerlin North, Summerlin South, and Summerlin West. Each division manages subdivisions within the community, setting its rules, regulations, and standards.
Most subdivisions of South Square have their own sub-HOA, which carries additional fees and further CC&Rs.
