The 663-acre guard-gated development is age restricted, allowing for adults ages 50 and up. Featuring a 15,000 sqft golf clubhouse, 38,000-square-foot community center, 15,900 sqft health and fitness center that includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a man-made water feature with waterfalls, and all wrapped around the Siena Golf Club.
Siena was developed in 1998 by Sunrise Colony Company and is not part of the Summerlin Master Association; however, it benefits from all of the surrounding amenities Summerlin has to offer.

Summerlin South is a large section of the Summerlin Master Community that spans from Charleston to the North and Arby to the South.

Downtown Summerlin
Downtown Summerlin is a mixed-use development off the 215 Beltway and Sahara Blvd. Spanning 400 acres, the mall is home to large and local retailers, restaurants, offices, and apartments.
Downtown Summerlin is home to events like ice skating in the winter and farmer’s markets for locals.

Las Vegas Ballpark and City National Arena
opened in August 2017 as a practice facility for the Vegas Golden Knights hockey team. It includes a second rink for public use.
City National Arena has a merchandise store and a restaurant. The Vegas Golden Knights practices are open to the public.
The opened in 2019 with a capacity of 10,000. The ballpark is home to the Triple-A baseball team the Las Vegas Aviators.
The Las Vegas Ballpark includes 22 suites, club seats, part zones and decks, kid’ zone, bars, and a pool. The premium club is 6,700 square feet.
