American Nevada Corporation, which also developed Green Valley and Green Valley Ranch, built Seven Hills during the early 1990s.

Named for the seven hills of Rome, Seven Hills is an affluent community in the rolling terrain between Eastern Avenue and the Henderson Executive Airport. The Henderson Community has a mix of luxury homes with a neighborhood median home price that’s $200,000 higher than Clark County.

With stunning views of The Strip, the Black Mountains, and Rio Secco Golf Club, the developer made the most out of the impressive terrain.

Where is Seven Hills located?

Seven hills is in the Southwest part of Henderson and the southeastern area of the Las Vegas Valley. The community borders The Henderson Airport to the West, Eastern to the East, Sun City Anthem to the South, and Sunridge Heights Parkway to the North.

Being conveniently located near the intersection of Eastern and St. Rose Parkway makes Seven Hills a very convenient location for shops and restaurants.
