Providence is a 1,200-acre master-planned community located in the Northwest of Las Vegas. The master-planned community of Providence is comprised of 5,600 single-family homes and two multi-family developments across 27 neighborhoods.
The community has over 4,000 trees as it was inspired by the Northeast neighborhoods of America.

The community of Providence is in the Northwest part of the Las Vegas Valley. The community is bound by Sky Canyon and Grand Teton Drive to the North, and Centennial Parkway and the 215-beltway to the South. The community spans from Hualapai to the east to Sky Hills Road to the west.

Providence Parks
Providence residents have three parks in the community to choose from.
Knickerbocker Park: A 15-acre park with a baseball diamond, dog park, and splash pad.
Huckleberry Park: A 15-acre park with tennis, pickleball (painted on top of the tennis courts), a large grass field, playgrounds, horseshoes, bocce, basketball, and a dog park.
The Promenade Park: a 4-acre walking park with an interactive playground.

Providence HOA Information
Newer master-planned communities in the Las Vegas Valley are fully managed by a Homeowners Association. The Providence Master Homeowners Association manages the community. The quarterly Master Assessment for Providence residents is $150. Providence subdivisions may also have HOA fees.
