Established in 2004, Mountain’s Edge is a master-planned community in the Southwest part of Las Vegas. Inspired by the surrounding Spring Mountains, the developers of Mountain’s Edge left much of the natural landscape and geography to integrate into the community, like Exploration Peak at the Buffalo entrance.
Home to over 12,000 households, Mountains Edge offers more than 50 unique neighborhoods and four large parks, providing residents with a dog park, splash pads, playgrounds, baseball fields, hiking trails, basketball courts, fitness parks, miles of interconnected walking and biking trails, and more throughout the 3,500-acre community.
This Mountain’s Edge Guide is helpful for both existing and new residents. It includes up-to-date information on the homeowner’s association, nearby amenities including parks and shopping, the schools in the area, and the real estate market.
