In 1978, American Nevada Corporation broke ground on Green Valley, Southern Nevada’s first master-planned community. 

Today, the sprawling 8,400-acre community is buzzing with active residents against a backdrop of mature trees and greenery.

Green Valley is located in the city of Henderson, NV, just southeast of Las Vegas. The community is bordered by Windmill to the south, Eastern and parts of Pecos to the west, Patrick to the north, and Arroyo Grande to the east.
