Cadence is focused on its community and designed to provide ample parks and events to its residents. The community left 450 acres of open space to provide a backdrop for parks and walking trails.

Central Park, the communities 50-acre crown jewel, is the only completed park with Citrine Sky Park scheduled for a Summer of 2023 opening.
Central Park offers plenty of open grass fields and the Cadence Central Park Pool, a residents-only recreation pool with seven lap lanes. A lake with amphitheatre seating provides a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing day at the park.

Cadence Village Center is a Smith’s Marketplace anchored shopping center at the entrance of Cadence. Phase one of the retail center is fully leased, with tenants that include:

New construction homes are available since the community continues to expand. Current builders include Toll Brothers, Woodside Homes, Lennar, Richmond American Homes, StoryBook Homes, and Century Communities.
Heritage at Cadence will be a Lennar-built age-restricted neighborhood for adults aged 55+.
